Spring has just officially arrived, but it seems like we’ve been feeling the warm temps of summer more often than not. Yes, summer is on its way. It’s almost time for boat rides, trips to the beach, lounging by the pool, and bikinis.
Oh yeah, about that bikini… If you aren’t quite ready to bare it all for the summer season… We know a few people who can help you out!
Mid American Fitness in Farmington Hills is an amazing place to get into gear and get in shape. Whether you’re just starting to work out, trying to get back into shape, or you just need to tone up… Mid American offers a variety of classes, programs and personal trainers to help you reach your goals. We love our clients at Mid American. The owner, Karen Blazaitis, has built a warm and welcoming boutique-style fitness facility, where clients can feel comfortable, engaged and good about themselves and their progress. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and the variety of classes offered are sure to keep you coming back for more.
From Zumba to yoga, Pilates to core conditioning, spinning to body pump, TRX training to personal training… Mid American has it all.
Take a look at the videos that we produced for them and meet Mid American Fitness.
