Calling All Real Estate Professionals

0

It seems like the real estate market is starting to pick up here in the Detroit area – and thank goodness for that!

Detroit is back on the rise, so I thought I’d take a moment to dedicate a blog to professionals in the real estate industry and how our video services at Zara Creative could be of good use.

It’s no secret that we all use the internet for everything these days – from looking up the nearest Thai restaurant that delivers to finding a new car with just the right monthly payment – we are finding what we need through the world wide web.

The same rings true for real estate. If I’m looking for a new home to buy or even lease, I’m hitting up craigslist, or the real estate websites, or checking through listings that my realtor sends me – and I make my decisions based upon that initial online research.

Want to know what I’m looking for?

A visual.

I want to know what the place looks like! I want to see what color the walls are, I want to get a feel for the floor plan, I want a sense of how big the rooms are, if there are interesting architectural details… I’m looking to see if I can picture myself living there and whether or not I’m going to make the effort to see it in person.

You know what would help?

Ah yes, I know the answer… A virtual tour! Our cinematic videos will highlight the details and architecture of your listings, to give you that edge over your competitors. A virtual tour will give you the chance to showcase brand new construction, breathe new life into updated homes, and uncover hidden gems that are on the market – helping both consumers and real estate pros alike.

We also specialize in professional photography for your listing needs.
